Diverse backgrounds, one mission — investing in the people who make CCR exceptional.
Allen Kirkley and his wife Colleen joined CCR in 2012 and have embraced everything the club and the Vail Valley have to offer — golf, biking, hiking, skiing, and year-round evenings at Vista. With two of their three children and five of their seven grandchildren nearby in Denver, the lifestyle is hard to beat. Allen's tenure on the CCR Board gave him firsthand insight into the financial challenges staff face living and working in the Vail Valley, and when asked to help launch the CCR Scholarship Foundation, he didn't hesitate. He is eager to be part of an initiative that will make a tangible difference in people's lives.

Charlie Kilgore
Since joining CCR in 2009, Charlie and Karen Kilgore have deeply appreciated the club’s community and outstanding staff. Inspired by the people who make CCR exceptional, Charlie was quick to get involved in building the Scholarship Foundation to support its deserving team members.
Susan and her husband Scott joined CCR in May of 2021. She lives full time in Boulder and enjoys holidays, ski weekends, and summer visits to Arrowhead. The couple appreciates everything the club has to offer — from the golf and fitness facilities to the exceptional dining and staff, not to mention the convenience of a short walk from their door. They have three grown children who share that appreciation.
Susan brings a strong nonprofit background to the foundation, having served on numerous boards over the years. Most recently, she completed a six-year term with Catholic Charities of Denver and currently serves on the Tennyson Center board. A passionate advocate for vulnerable children and families, she looks forward to helping launch the CCR Scholarship Foundation.
Susan Drake
Randy and his wife Donna have been part-time Arrowhead residents for over thirty years, and their CCR membership began in 2002. He has served on the CCR Board twice, including two years as President. A longtime advocate for the club's culture and community, he believes the staff and the environment they cultivate are what make CCR truly exceptional. The CCR Scholarship Foundation reflects that belief — offering meaningful financial support to deserving CCR employees and their families, and reinforcing the spirit of the CCR family.
